今週の稽古日誌 Practice comment in this week（2019/Dec./27)
今回のテーマは「成功の前と後」です。
The theme in this week is “before and after to success”.
今年は、いろいろ成し遂げることが出来た年でした。
今、考えてみると、最初は出来ないと思っていることも、出来るようになっていくことがしばしばでした。
最初は出来ないと思っている自分の心が変わっていきました。
出来ないことの原因の一つは自分の気持ちの中にあります。
強い気持ちで未来に向かっていきましょう。
In this year, I could achieve several things.
Looking back, at first I felt that is difficult to do, but it often changed to possible.
My feeling was been changed from first situation. From impossible to possible.
One of the unable cause exists in own heart.
Let’s go to the future with strong heart.
