今週の稽古日誌 Practice comment in this week（2019/Aug./2)
今回のテーマは「奉納」です。
The theme in this week is “Hounou”.
たまに何も考えないで集中して稽古するときがあります。
この状態をどうにか表現したいと思ってきました。
そして発見しました。
それは奉納です。
奉納演武というものがあります。
日本の習慣では聖なる存在に大切なものを捧げることを奉納と言います。
それは本当に大切で価値のあるものでなければならない。
奉納演武とは演武に全力で取り組み、それを聖なるものに捧げる行為です。
稽古でも、それが出来ます。
それは１つの技でもかまいません。
奉納するという動作は私達を真剣な世界へと導きます。
Sometimes I do Aikido practice with concentrating, without thinking.
I wanted to express this condition and discovered it.
It is “Hounou".
In Japanese custom, “Hounou" is to dedicate valuable things to holy exist.
It have to be real valuable one.
“Hounou Embu" is to do the demonstration by all abilities and to dedicate it to holy exist.
We can do it in the Aikido practice, too.
It is no problem only one technique.
“Hounou" movement will lead us to strict world.
