ポーランド合気道セミナー2025報告 The Report of Poland Aikido Seminar 2025
2025年5月9日-11日にポーランド・ステラビエシでの合気道セミナーを指導した。
I conducted an Aikido Seminar in Stara Wies, Poland, from May 9th to 11th, 2025.
ポーランド国内だけではなく、近隣各国から参加者は１６０名が集まった。
主催団体はCentral Aikido Aikikai Polskaです。
The 160 participants gathered to the seminar from Poland, and other neighboring countries.
The organizer was Central Aikido Aikikai Polska.
セミナーでは伝統的な形の考えに沿って指導を行った。
新しい技を覚えるのではなく、理想的な身体や意識の使い方を身に着けることが大切だ。
小手先の技ではなく、理想的な使い方を身に着けるのだ。
理想的な身体や意識の真の姿は形が教えてくれる。
形を通じて理想的な身体や意識を追い求めていこう。
In this seminar, I provided instruction through the traditional concept of Kata.
Learning the ideal way to use the body and mind is more important than simply learning new techniques.
You should focus on mastering the ideal form rather than just acquiring manipulative techniques.
Kata teaches the true essence of the ideal body and mind.
Let us strive toward the ideal body and mind through Kata.
