合気道の稽古中に継続して観察する要素を考えてみましょう。
Let us consider the factors that should be constantly observed in Aikido practice.
観察するものは、どんな小さなことでも良い。
継続して観察することが大事なのだ。
その都度に成功したのか失敗したのかを知ることが大切だ。
どのくらい成功したのか、どのくらい失敗したのかを理解することが大切だ。
現実の自分の姿を知ることが上達には欠かせない。
It is good to observe even small details.
It is important to observe continuously.
It is important to determine whether you succeed or fail in each moment.
It is also important to understand to what extent you have succeeded or failed.
Knowing your true current state is necessary for improvement.
