今週の稽古日誌 Practice comment in this week（2019/Nov./22)
今回のテーマは「なぜ、合気道は難しいのか」です。
The theme in this week is “Why is Aikido difficult?”.
もし、合気道が単に、取りと受けとの協力作業ならば、私達は、それ程、難しさを感じないでしょう。
合気道には取りと受けとの協力が必要です。
でも私達は、お互いの協力だけを求めているのではありません。
理想的な理合、理想的な身体と精神の操作法、理想的な相手の操作法、多くの理想を合気道家は求めます。
合気道で理想を目指さなくなったら、それは合気道ではなくなります。
その理想の多くは決して達成することのない程、遠いものです。
でも、合気道家は、それを求め続けるのです。
その求める姿勢が合気道です。
If Aikido is just a cooperating work by Tori and Uke, we don’t feel difficulty so hard.
Aikido needs the cooporation between Tori and Uke.
But we don’t aim only cooperating by each other.
Ideal principle, ideal body and mind control, and ideal opponent control, Aikidoka pursue many ideal.
If Aikidoka don’t seek ideal state, it becomes not Aikido.
The many ideal things are so afar and never will be completed.
But Aikidoka keep to pursue it.
The attitude to keep on seeking, this is exactly Aikido.
