今回のテーマは「シンプルな基本動作の難しさ」です。
The theme in this week is “The difficulty of simple basic movement”.
今日の稽古では単純な基本動作がどれほどの精度で出来なければならないかを、皆さんに示しました。
最初は単独動作で、それが出来るかどうかを皆さんに問いました。
ある人は自分は出来ていると思い、ある人は出来ているのかどうかも分からないという状況でした。
ところが技の中で、その動作を行ってみると、ほとんどの人が出来ないのです。
実際の技の中の動作の難しさというものが、よく分かったかと思います。
基本動作が実際の合気道の技の中で、どれほどの精度を要求されているのでしょう。
その精度を理解し、自分の動きを磨き上げていくことが必要なのです。
I showed you how much precision you have to do your simple basic movement.
At first, I asked if you can do it in alone training.
Somebodies thought they can and others thought that could not understand whether they can or can not.
However, when they try to do the simple basic movement in actual technique, almost persons could not do.
You might understand the difficulty of simple basic movement during actual technique.
In actual Aikido technique, is the basic movement required how much precision?
You need understand the level of precision and polish your movement toward the level.
