技の違いよりも、共通している部分を理解しよう。
Let’s focus on understanding the common elements rather than the differences between techniques.

一つ一つの技の表面的な姿は異なっている。
取りと受けの動きも異なっている。
しかし、そこには共通する本質部分が存在する。
その共通部分を稽古することが大切なのだ。
表面的な技のかたちを覚えたならば、次には共通部分に身につけるようにしていこう。

The superficial aspects of each technique are different.
The movements of tori and uke also vary.
However, there are essential elements common to all of them.
It is important to practice these shared principles.
Once you have memorized the forms of the superficial techniques, shift your focus to mastering these underlying elements.
