キルギス合気道セミナー2025報告 The Report of Kyrgyz Aikido Seminar 2025

2025年6月20日-22日にキルギス・ビシュケクでの合気道セミナーを指導した。
I conducted an Aikido seminar in Bishkek, Kyrgyz, from June 20th to 22nd, 2025.

参加者はキルギス、日本、ロシアから約100名が集まった。今年の会場はイザベコフレスリング場。冷房完備で35度の気温の中でも快適に稽古ができた。7回の稽古と最終日には審査が行われた。私は基本の動きから基本技を指導し、武器取りも含めた応用技へ展開していった。出来るだけ分かりやすい平易な説明を心掛けた。

About 100 participants gathered from Kyrgyzstan, Japan, and Russia. The venue was the Isabekov Wrestling Dojo, which had an air conditioning system, allowing us to practice comfortably even in temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius. Seven classes were held during the seminar, and a grading exam took place on the final day. I began by teaching basic movements and techniques, then gradually expanded to applied techniques, including weapons. I aimed to provide clear and easy-to-understand explanations.

審査の受験者は若い年代が多く、技も良かったのが印象的だった。今後の発展に期待が持てる。今回のセミナーには日本から5名の合気道家が同行した。キルギスが初めての人達もいたが、皆、大いにこの旅行を楽しんだ。キルギスの大自然の美しさ、キルギス人のおもてなし、そして合気道に対する真摯な態度は、この旅を忘れがたいものにした。キルギスは、まだ多くの人に知られていない国だが行ってみる価値のある国である。来年も素晴らしいセミナーになるだろう。

It was impressive to see many young students among the exam candidates, and their performances were commendable. I look forward to their future development. Five Japanese Aikidoka accompanied me to the seminar. For some of them, it was their first visit to Kyrgystan, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The beauty of Kyrgyzstan’s nature, the hospitality of its people, and their sincere dedication to Aikido made this trip unforgettable. Kyrgyzstan may still be an unknown country to many, but it is truly worth visiting. I hope next year’s seminar will be even more successful.
