岐阜すみきり館合気道セミナー2024報告 The Report of Gifu Sumikirikan Aikido Seminar 2024

2024年11月30日-12月1日と岐阜すみきり館の合気道セミナーを指導した。
I instructed a Gifu Sumikirikan Aikido Seminar from November 30th to December 1st, 2024.

昨年に続いて2回目のセミナーになる。場所は大垣市武道館。
11月30日の夜と12月1日の午前中のクラスは岐阜すみきり館のメンバーだけの稽古。
参加者の半分程度が合気道経験が1年未満の初心者だったので基本動作を中心に稽古を行った。

It was the second seminar for me, continuing from last year. The venue was Ogaki Budokan.
The evening class on November 30th and the morning class on December 1st were limited to members of Gifu Sumikirikan. I instructed basic movements because half of the participants were beginners, with less than one year of Aikido experience.

午後の稽古は17団体から70名が集まった。
稽古のテーマは「基本動作を徹底的に精密化することで圧倒的な技を行う。」だ。
この方法は非常にシンプルなので、元々の才能がない人が努力の積み上げで上達することができる。

Seventy participants from 17 organizations gathered for the afternoon class.
The theme was “Perform overwhelming techniques through drastic polishing of basic movements." This method is very simple, and even those who do not have natural talent can improve through consistent effort.

例えば正面打ちの単独動作を精密化する。
垂直方向のセンター軸と水平方向の半身の線と時間方向の踏み込みのタイミングを一致させる。
このパフォーマンスを単独動作で作り上げ、通常の技の中でも実践する。
そのシンプルな方法の実践は非常に難しい。しかし、必要不可欠な要素が限定されるため上達法としては分かりやすい。
このシンプルな方法が人間の大きな可能性を開く力を持つことが参加者には理解できただろう。

The practice of this simple method is very difficult. However, it is easy to understand as a method of improvement due to its limited necessary factors. The participants could understand that this simple method has the potential to unlock great possibilities in human beings.
