自分を客観視しよう。
Observe oneself from an objective point of view.
合気道で相手を見るのは当然のことである。
しかし上達にとって、それだけでは十分ではない。
In Aikido, it is natural to observe the opponent.
However, it is not enough for your improvement.
別の視点から全体を観察していることが大切なのです。
技を行っているあなたと全体を観察しているあなたの両方が必要なのです。
It is important to observe the whole situation from the other point of view.
You need both you performing the technique and you watching the whole situation.
もう一人の自分が全体を客観的な視点から観察していることが上達には欠かせないのです。
The other yourself observing the whole situation from an objective perspective is necessary for improvement.
