今週の稽古日誌 Practice comment in this week（2018/Dec./14)
今回のテーマは「矛盾」です。
The theme in this week is “Contradiction".
強い力を柔らかく使う。
To exert strong force so softly.
バラバラな身体をまとめて使う。
To use your body by unifying divided parts.
真剣でいながら、心の中では遊んでいる。
The attitude is so serious but the mind is playing.
これらはみな矛盾を含んでいます。
These are including the contradiction.
しかし、これを矛盾だと感じるのは、あなたがまだ普通の人だからです。
You might feel them the contradiction. But it is cause that you are average person.
名人、達人はみな昔から、これらの矛盾を解決してきました。
The experts and masters were solving these contradiction from past.
上達するにつれ、より大きな矛盾も解決できるようになります。
You can solve the more bigger contradiction if you improve.
矛盾を消していく方法を目指していきましょう。
Let’s aim to the way to disappear contradiction.
