今回のテーマは「優れたものには特別な構造がある」です。
The theme in this week is “Something excellent has special structure.”.
今日の稽古でも説明したように優れた技には構造があります。
上達するためには、先ずは構造を理解することが大切です。
次は自分の身体に、その構造を作り上げることです。
構造なしで、がむしゃらに実行することは、あまり意味がありません。
優れた構造を作ることに全力を尽くしてください。
As I explained in today’s class, excellent technique has some structure.
At first, it is important to understand the structure for improvement.
Next, it is important to make the structure.
It isn’t have meaning to work frantically without the structure.
You should focus your effort to make excellent structure.
