今週の稽古日誌 Practice comment in this week (Nov./21/2020)
今回のテーマは「出来ないということは恥ずかしいことではない。」です。
The theme in this week is “Unable things is not embarrassed things.”.
合気道は非常に難しいものです。
何10年も稽古しても出来ないことはたくさんあります。
だから、出来ないということは恥ずかしいことではありません。
出来ないときの態度が大切です。
出来ないときに、ごまかしたり、あきらめたりすることが避けるべきことです。
出来ないことを受け止め、少しでも出来るように努力をする。
この態度が大切です。
その結果、出来ることに、近づいていけます。
Aikido is very difficult.
We have many unable things even with decades practice.
Thus unable things is not embarrassed things.
The attitude when we could not is so important.
When we could not, we should avoid to deceive ourselves or give up.
We should accept the situation and make effort as we can to be able to do even a little.
The attitude is important.
In the result, we will be able to approach the goal.
