今回のテーマは「合気道の動きは、とんでもなく難しい」です。
The theme in this week is “Aikido movement is terrible difficult.”.
今日の稽古では合気道の動きは、とんでもなく難しいことがご理解いただけたかと思います。
一歩、踏み出すだけでも、ほとんどの人が、それを行うことが出来ません。
ほとんどの人は、出来ているか、出来ていないかということさえ分からないかもしれません。
そのように難しい合気道の動きを相対稽古だけで作り上げることは不可能です。
単独稽古と相対稽古を両方行うことによって上達する。
それが伝統的な武道の訓練法です。
You could understand Aikido movement is terrible difficult by today practice, couldn’t you.
Most of people can not do even very simple movement, like taking a step.
Most of people may be not able to find that even they can or can not.
It is impossible to make such difficult Aikido movement only by relative practice.
Doing both independent practice and relative practice leads us to progress.
It is a traditional Budo training method.
